If SC weapons are BiS for my solo roaming build in ORvR, I’ll probably run SCs, but I’ll put in the bare minimum effort. I hate that game mode; being forced to play with beginners or terrible players—and losing a match because of them despite giving it my all—is beyond frustrating.

You don't get it guys, they want to force vets to do pve so the new players have mates to run dungeons.
I mean you are not forced actualy, this is just a +1 stat, at best +8.. no big deal, you can just ignore x)

Personally, I’d stick with the +23 talisman.
I change builds—and therefore talismans—too often to already justify using +24, so +25 with such an insane cost ? No thanks.

As a tank, no matter what build I try, I’ll never kill a dedicated healer with comparable gear and skill levels. That’s fine; I accept that.

I don't normally comment on the forum much, but this comment feels a bit off. My current RR68 WE with regen build literally melts anything you mention above(except def WL and dps healer, I can only kill if they are really bad) solo SnB I just ignore since it a forever dancing and super bored ...

Man your def WE's build looks gimpy as hell. You can't say WEs loose to 2h tanks and snbs when you are running this come on.. yes, you are loosing against them.. you personaly, that's it.
