huh, ok. Just really bad patch notes then.

Hi with the recent patch notes there was a buff to trained to kill, it is not displaying or applying the buff correctly and has not for a while.

- Trained To Kill - Toughness buff increased from 80 to 100.

I only get 62 toughness - 50 previously. please help.

I see these same people afk over and over and over in so many games. Do you punish this behavior at all?????
