Block strikethrough is more useless.... Weapon skills are the second stat after strength for many DPS.

i have some thought in my mind...imo it's the dps too bad... when the gear lvl are the same why the regen set will beat non regen set? if my dps is enough why players will choose regen set ? i think devs need buff the dps until players go choose non-regen set....the gear set or the skill PSM, if the ...

ye i think flail's PSM too low.. my personal playing russia server is lag and no population if both quest solve i would leave ror and go play russia ...

seems devs change WB original 7tick to 4 tick so per tick dmg higher.... but i see the patch they say total dmg is not change...

i have play Flame of war (russia server) and Ror server both side for some decent time,and i want ask is there any chance Ror's server will buff Mara's flail dmg?
