Return of Reckoning

Hello,

I am over the ballistics 1050 cap wihout the Vanq 110 buff. Which from what I noticed, is up almost all the time.

Should I take out 4x 24 Ballistic gems and put in some weapon skill or wounds?

I am full vanq and genesis and +24 ballistics everywhere but one slot with 24 wounds.
