i think is the war.exe that isnt working what should i do?

I just start de ror launcher, login and then a little load screen freeze infront(a shield with a hammer and an axe crossed with a full loaded bar in a yellow background) and just keep frezze there, i need to restart my pc to quit it any ideas?
