They use heart render a lot. I often see like 1.6k numbers from it. If you use flee on shamie and get ap drain on top he will die from laughing.

Also wounds debuffs really do nothing vs targets that are not at max hp, I really dont think people use heartrender toxin, if you were to just hit someone with an ability that does more damage than heartrender toxin debuffs wounds you would be ahead in terms of how close you are to killing a target

After nerf burn without investment reduses like 400 armor, in pure dps spec it became real crap and you forsed to use -armor pistol now. WE have WS prock on on piercearmor, and i think it staks now with ring prock.
