I tested touch of palsy on mobs, and i did with FOCUS OFFENSE tactic & and without it.... And the dmg per tick it's the same...

So, Is it bugged? Or it's me? Because i thought FOCUS OFFENSE tactic should apply to all skills.

Why is the pounce OP? I don't understand... All classes have good and spamable skills & i only see people cry about 1 skill of 1 class what it enters on combat and die easyly. It's spamable, ok.
