Return of Reckoning

Hello, i cant start the game because the server seems to be off while it's not. I tried everything written in the "stickied threads" with the:
1. click on start
2. type into the search-box cmd (before clicking enter press ctrl+shift) then also enter while holding them (runs cmd as admin)
3. the cmd ...

Don't work, I can't even talk in the party I join, the /party dont work

Hello I have a prob with the scenarios parties, when I join a sc the "scenarios parties" page open but even if I click on any party (1,2,3..) (x) I dont get kills,buffs,heals or items. I can see my party members on the right but they can't see me, It's a really big problem for me because I love pvp ...

Im a slayer called Baramir lvl 10 and when i log in the game my screen become black but i can still see my lvl the world map join senario, and moove but i dont know where. help pls
