Return of Reckoning

10 SC last hour in T3.
5 in T1.

I think this SC patch is not a good idea in T1-T2/T3 ... maybe it works well in T4 but not in T1>T3.

I'm not sure the SC change is very good for a low-population MMO.
Before the patch, we could do SC (it was a hard fight with no balance spec), but we could still play.
Now SC doesn't work and we can't play anymore.
