You gotta rejoin the server and rebuild the character if it says name is taken or it just keeps saying it.

Great to see quests getting some love. I know the overwhelming majority of people are just looking at RvR content and, rightfully so as that's what will attract more players, but I personally loved WARs quests. Greenskins especially.
