Unable to login

Unable to login, says my user/password are wrong. Twice I've tried to login by clicking forgot password, I'm able to login fine to the website but the game client fails.

Please help, also unable to go to profile to change password, doesn't appear to be any option there unlike what the email says.

I found the solution, using "Windows 10", select all files, then right click, properties, then tick "UNBLOCK" then untick "READ ONLY" and "APPLY"

Then the game should load, this worked for me :D

Error when connecting

I get this error message when trying to connect, I am using Windows 10.

Can anyone help me please?
