Return of Reckoning

This quest "Hardly Fast" is timed (45 minutes) to complete 3 public events and get the 50% mount. Problem 1 : there is noone at these spots so impossible to do them in 45 minutes. Problem 2 : I managed to kill the boss but the quest didn't advanced, i'm still at 0/1 boss killed... I tried two times ...
