i downloaded the game from the site, direct download (no via torrent), it gave me several time an error, i had to re-download file 2/3/4 more than 1 time, (something like 3/4 time). if u got time it would be better if u can check those links and files.

i have downloaded the game and the patcher, did all the things u said to start the game. now when i try to play i the game crash before i can reach the character selection page.
