Twilight Tide update: 37 solo queues into 35 premades (often double premades) in Serpent Passage. 3 weeks till game is playable again for new players. Keep eating your own young and NA will NEVER grow without changes.

If anyone comes across this thread having the same trouble completing this quest, I found Gavin... he is hard to spot as he looks just like the other silk cacoons. Attached screen shot.

Imo there should be real midtier, one random tier that is not in the way of T4 would be announced. Under lvl 40 only with 3 tactics, Bolster to 39lvl.

Yeah as the poster above said, it can be dealt with. Go farm some pve gear sets, some of it is really good. Finding groups can be tough, but continue to poke away at your RR with open wbs and scenarios. Eat your renown potions (i think you can get a few free in K8P)

I'm a NA west player and yeah, my prime time is the server's graveyard hours. I feelz ya git. Just got a DPS character to 40 so I can at least do some butchering now. On a Sub-CR40 toon this is when I become Dr Strangecultivator and learn to love da Box-runnin'.

You will not be in vanq at lvl40 anymore youll be somewhere in the mid 40s most likely with 10+ renown ranks to go. Then you're expected to go into rvr in your annihilator armor and be a sheep.
