i posted this yesterday but no help so im posting this again. each time i try to connect with my BL iafter the loading screen i get a screen with the order character background showing only my BL. even i see the play button when i press it it wont connect me and will not be reusable. i get the same ...

I don't mean the restart but each time I try to log with him a get a back to character list screen but with only my black orc and the order background and no log in button.I don't know if you can see the pics i posted.

I have a problem connecting with my black orc.Each time I press tyhe connect button I see the loading screen and then I get this here.
