Hey all, been levelling a WE to RR66 in full Vanq. However, I really struggle getting any meaningful kills, so any advice would be appreciated. It may be a gear issue (RR66 and all that), that I got the wrong build (def Witch-brew), or a skill issue (mains are rDPS and healer, so not too used to ...

The question is at which point the opportunity cost of the skill becomes too high to pick it up ? You need +2 sov to be able to build 13/0/13 and u have to pass on some good utility like silence, res debuff and/or tactics. You sacrifice it to get some mediocre skill (~800 heal vs previous 1100 ...

EoV got nerfed various times in a row, but is still valid. Previously it was our go-to heal, now it's just one of various choices that we have. It doesn't mean that it's dead though, although I now typically use only in a few instances:

Haven't played that much, but the int heal spec I've played so far seems to be about 20-50% better (used to be about the same) than the handful of BIS willpower healing AMs I've come across.
While still doing less healing overall vs pre-patch.

AM's are absolutely pumping heals atm in WB play, perhaps have a look around for some different specs if you do not feel the same.
