Just make SC with 'easy' scenario mechanic like the most mentioned above more playable and get rid off Talabe and Stonetroll were just no one likes to play the ball.
I think this would make playing SC more enjoyable for most players.

For most setitems i use Veszal's tool (https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=29557) . It's not an complete 'list on one view' but its the most actual and you could easily compare sets and gear type to each other.

Seen this in pve as well, damage could be parried for example by npc-mobs but debuff would be applied nevertheless.

I do agree with mostly previos speaking. The overall result of SC is sadly not worth trying to main as they best way to lvl RR and to gear out your toon. For me, there are following reasons not to focus on SC in RoR as i do on live in AoR:
1. absolutely poor SCpops
2. way more grind for comparable ...
