I have managed to do it without Crossover or PlayOnMac using Wineskin.
First I had my ROR in a ZIP file from my Windows machine. Extract it to any folder on your mac.
Follow this but always go for the most updated one(the one on top and 64 bit). Beware that some of the button locations have ...

Re: [Mac OS] How to Install Return of Reckoning V.2
Is PlayOnMac (PlayOnLinux) still available? It used to be a thing on Mac/Linux good few years ago. If its still around, maybe try with this. Its basically a wine manager.
Does Mac have winetricks and regular wine? you could use terminal to create a prefix for RoR then to try it manually ...

Re: So Nerfed Buttons Is Not Removed Completely and What That Means...
I have been playing this game without NB since official(I am not a pro just a casual rvr). When I found about it I was shocked actually. An add-on helps you to do more DPS? Gives really unfair advantage against non-NB users. This addon should be banned from the start or enabled from the start.

Re: Install and Run on Mac OS using Crossover
After login in making sure to kill the Return of Reckoning process really makes a difference. It will just kill the launcher, not the game itself. Please add it to the main post.

Re: Install and Run on Mac OS using Crossover
I used to play it but I had to reinstall it. But now I am stuck on verifying it completes and stuck on %99 finalizing then it gives an error. If I close it on %99 finalizing it starts again when I launch it. All permissions are granted.
Thank you.

Re: Install and Run on Mac OS using Crossover
It works quite well. I have one issue that when I alt-tab I cannot open the game again. It is just a black screen and a logo that shows up when you click play on the launcher.
