The best way to survive as dps shaman is to keybind War report and use it before he engage you

Just use /afk, really usefull to avoid borring fights

Hard healer to play as shaman ("mirror") only experience and skill will make them vialble such as Heals or Ridaleth for example

I might be mistaken but Isha is a 6v6 scenario where you never cap flag first unless you have mental/social problems or just not aware of the rules/first time player. Maybe on lower tiers it's just a usual scenario then... well, just kill things and get your point :? It's a 12v12 scenario, Caledor ...
