Why super high armor if the cap is 75%? Do mobs have armor penetration? Is there a higher cap in pve?

100% sure

1- I've read mitigation from armor cap is 75%. Which is, I think about 4k armor at level 40. Is there a point going over?
Sub question : is overcap armor countering armor penetration? Sub sub question : How much armor pen have average melee dps?

Yes. That one. He has (had yesterday!) a buff that last 15 sec and changes to the next level after the 15 sec are over.
Stage 1 25% dmg, stage 2 50%, stage 3 75% etc.... and goes on and on till over 500% damage when he starts hitting for insane amount of damage.

Hello, how do you deal with Azuk'Thul enrage buff? It stacks over and over till he forward cleaves for over 50k damage. Just dps faster?
