Healers at premades are tough to being killed cos they got support from their teammates. Healers defence tools are with relatively high cds so after initial engage when healer use most tools they got relatively easy target to engage. Healers real protection comes from tanks toolkit, they survive not...

Just make wp to increase heal cri aswell which will increase dramatically after 900 for example and may be remove or/and lower crit from renown points so healer who choice to stack wp will have better chance to proc all on crit heal effects and bigger chance for brust healing based on more often cri...

On some scens with barriers you aslo got random wc spawns so ppl are even more scattered around and comeback is almost impossible. Bring free way back to wc and guard kills giving renown. The dominant fraction have a choice to camp wc and risk being killed by guards or do the scen objective and win ...

No, zone is lost if you dont have spawned ram. You could delay it but the zone is 100% lost.

Imo devs should change that and bring some mechanic for recovery or at least give you chance to attack and kill enemy lord

Didnt tested now but before new abilities patch and on live version aswell by 1 cleanse you remove the whole stack.
If it is not working like that it is bugged and just report it so they fixed it.

Shaman cleanse for shaman itself is top. It cleanse almost all of the slows, remove ib outgoinghealdebuff and most hds.
