Shaman mobility since run away downgrade is a myth. Shamans and AMs are pretty equal on that regard nowadays

Sh pets should be balanced on both ends.
They should not be murderous machine gun ignoring los and pathing
Also they should be not annoyance to manage, randomly despawn, stuck, require tactic to last 5 sec while running mounted.
Fix both or dont touch them at all

Most classes got 1 reliable build working good, some got 2, wp/dok want 3.
Frankly shield on dok/wp should not be ingame cos it break mastery trees logic.
But since we got that devs put themselves into the trap to balance it. Which is quite hard you build monster that break small scale or meme spce ...

For everything beyond blob play style 80 ft range is too limiting and make you go midline range. Normally your aim is to be 150-100 range, closer to 100ft where all st heals are in range and could easy mote abit forward to cover gheal. So 80 ft range make you dive forward quite a bit which ...

Just making buffs (and pets) persist when zoning would be a huge QoL improvement for a lot of classes.
It heavily lag the server so better be that way. And most buffs are one button press and forget.
But rp/zl is abit more complicated, quite tedious at some point

so after all negatives properties of Ritual Nexus and Runic Conduit my suggestion is
1. make casting range from 80ft to 100ft (most important change)

Imo scout and kill quest should be alter somehow cos they could easily take 30ish quest slots.

Solo gameplay aside, disengaging and kitting on orders side became even harder so ppl do the most natural thing aka look for safety at numbers

Imo the reward structure is the biggest problem. Ppl learn the game mechanics when play small scale but the small scale is no more cos for the backbone of every group the dps classes is more profitable to just zerg surf. Renown and crests that my sorc get while surfing is disgusting.
