I have a solution for that. I use guardpack addon with enable pet marker which is super handy and imo must for rp and zealots. Esp at orvr rituals are absolutely invisivle only real indicator is the pet line from guardpack.
The only problem is that devs change from patch to patch rituals pet status ...

Any thought about mixing realms in solo queue to fill slots similar to solo ranked?

Random map queu on theory sounds good but since ill map layout altering (barriers, layouts favouring only certain realm, random spawns and so on) make many maps if not unplayable at least quite hated by the community.

So scenario mode need map layout rebalancing quite urgently

Reading this wall of text I see huge dedication from PvE team. If you truly want your efforts to be relevant for the major aspect of the game which is PvP, why don't do try to collaborate with RvR team? If designed properly and implemented well, PvE may become fantastic addition for lake fights ...

2 hours lockout wont stop ppl from leaving. It will end in 2 ways. You leave city and log off so less ppl online or you leave city and scene mode got even smaller queu cos ppl are locked and go orvr.
I dont see what is the benefit feom all that

Relic run from last year of war is somehow here only as a part of live event once per year for 2 weeks.

Whole scaven gameplay is not implemented

Lotd is changed beyond recognition and all pve from there is missing

No gear and real progression past rr80

Many changes on classes and game modes

I looked at a char that recently did 100 scs on in the last week and he has 3 wins/97 loses so there's actually a few scenarios that work properly.
These 3 order eins are before the bug, nothing count as orders win as i said i got 0-500 now and counting

It is like 3-4 months now, at least 2 bug reports, but whoever maintained it obviously quit the project so yea.
My rp got 0-400 record which is quite annoying since as healer that was kinda only really meaningful data from killboards. And that stat got me some reason to care about winning the scen ...

I dont see why we need to talk all about this each week. Most proposals are easy to implement just bring them up for 2 weeks to test and we will see what works and what not

BOs importance should play the disperse role. As you said the lockout mechanic from early live version combined with aao should be optimal imo. Make the lock timer connected with aao and make BO importance matters more.

On early live we were moving long way around pve only to reach some far ...
