If you killed the healers, intercept them on their way back. Stand between the tanks and their spawn point. Stop hitting the tanks and kill the healers again before they start healing.

They changed it back on live too, they drastically reduced the drop rate of linament seeds. By that point, I personally already had at least two of every seed. I didn't really see the point, all it did was hamper new players.
