I see the tokens for sc titles gone, are they comming back ?

Does the auto-detaunt proc triggers on current target or on enemy that is hitting me?
What exactly will trigger this proc? autoattack, direct damage ability, dot tick?

Guys get off me pls, second topic about this and I got enough unpleasant messages in game. Mostly ppl complaining about being one-shooted, indeed. This is ONLY A BUG, devs should fix it if possible.
