Return of Reckoning

Hi I am unable to use my keybindings, ie. the standard hotbar 1~= is not working, I can hear the sound when I press a key, so it is registering that I am pressing something, but the actual skill will not initiate, I have to manually click the skill for it to work. Help would be appreciated, thank you!

Getting System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception message after installing. Dont know what to do, please help would be appreciated
