It's absolutely mental, that blood linis are still only obtainable through a bug while all other offensive crit / wounds linis have seeds or can be farmed.
Makes no sense at all. Veteran players who know how to get them and stocked up over the past years will always have them available when needed ...

The change was made because mara pull was completely broken beforehand.

Personally I hard disagree with this, it is already incredibly easily for RDPS to burst though targets, especially Sorc and SH when they are single target specced.

There's a streamlined indicator giving you an exact number of how much of your mechanic you currently have. It's next to your HP and AP indicators.
