Ive said this almost 10 yrs but we definetely need middle tier even if for 16-39lvl and you cannot get lvl 40 without rr 45 because. rr45 can be effective in T4 with pve gear as well.

Lvl 16 should never be fighting on same battlefield with lvl 40's. We should return back to Under lvl 40 have 2 ...

It’s almost like having everything follow the same formula isn’t the best way to balance a game.

Considering he overwhelming majority of players aren’t even sniffing the skill ceiling, I don’t think raising it further is a great idea.

Worst of all this isn't even the first time we see something like this happening, RIP slayer. Diversity is a joke and no respect is given for the time people have put into their characters.

I think we've exhausted our analysis of individual abilities, not much point going in circles. Let's simplify the discussion a bit.
A few questions:
1) Would you trade all of the capabilities that I listed for a charge?

2) What DPS classes, if any, do you feel are in a worse state than dps dok/wp ...

Nice changes to stealth, would've probably reduced insta stealth duration to 2s and made all stealth 50% chance to break on damage, but at least it's a step in the right direction.

I have a dps dok and a choppa. Guess which one I play more? The fact that you think choppa charge is on a 20s CD suggests you're not very familiar with the class.

I suspect slayers and chopped would happily trade charge for self heals, cleanses, focused mind, ranged snare, full group cleanse, medium armor, full resists, an execute, hots, a rez, group bubble, etc, etc, etc.

The game already has 16 dps classes to balance, and the efforts to balance those have been a complete mess. Trying to make healer off-specs competitive has just resulted in an even more imbalanced small scale environment, wasted dev time and no discernible benefit to the game.
