Just change the queue at all, Separate group from solo queue as other games do or improve matchmaking to 2-2-2 at least, and players will fight. Wasting time w/o e.g. healers vs premade will always result in leaving. Making event sc -solo queue only- would improve a lot, but these points arent new....

Doing PvE to get all my wards and only spending crests on BiS gear, I was around 15k crests short of what I needed to buy sov/triumph(BiS) when I hit rr78 (the level you can wear it). Alternative gear sets or weapons? Forget about it.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that creating and implementing an automatic program formula as described in the first post on this thread is a bit difficult to accomplish bug free, and that it's probably going to take a bit to ensure it goes smoothly. There probably still will be some bugs ...
