I'm trying to find info on the t2 hidden quest for chaos. I haven't been able to find any guides on it. If someone has a guide for Chaos t2 hidden quests please share. It would be greatly appreciated.

Could someone here please tell me the location of the Chaos t2 hidden quest for the Raven Enforcers Cloak ? I have searched through ch 5 in Ostland to try and at least find the T2 epic quest from Brandr Hallsson, but he is nowhere in the area. I've searched all over Ostland and haven't been able to ...
