Return of Reckoning

i have problem even crete character, i see only buttons like settings, cinematic etc. and if i try create character there is only title like order destruction and everthing is black you cannot even see charracters. btw yes i played game on offi server but this installation i downloaded from this ...

it happend to me too, sadly i didnt find any solution on forum

is there some solution for this problem with black screen ? i was trying to find some answers on this forum but there isnt any solution for this
