Having issues

I downloaded the torrent and everything I need but I don't know what to do next for I put the launcher in the file and it comes up with an error:

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'A:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.
at System.IO.__Error ...
