For allies, the most you can do is change your current hostile or friendly target based on who the ally has targeted using the /assist and /aid macros (I'm assuming /aid is actually working...).

I have and can heal with Shaman, but trying to pug just makes me go back to marauder. No one guards, everyone splits up everywhere making sure they are out of my casting ...
