This proc is acquired notably by equipping 4 pieces victorious or 4 pieces oppressor.

Does anyone know if it has an internal cooldown ? Can a proc refresh the effect if still applied ?

I had the same problem (yellow web server).
I updated Lutris to 0.5.18 and selected "Wine version: System (10.0)" instead of the previously selected "wine-ge-8-26-x86_x64" and the issue was solved.

I'm leveling an engineer and soon could buy gear for the soldier ward.

Do you know if the 5 pieces bonus set from duelist "Bracing - On Being Hit: 10% chance to increase Armor by 545 for 10 seconds" stacks with the career ability "Flak Jacket" ?

- Optimizations have been made to ability processing on the server. This should have no functional impact but may help reduce lag in large fights.
