Shield healers should have never been introduced into the game in the first hand.

not reading all of that, sorry.

1) First you introduce new fancy MM which is working just fine out of the box
2) Then you ninja change it so it doesnt launch games for groups
3) SCs start to die out
4) Then you announce SCs rewards change to increase RR and crests
5) SCs become fine RR wise but no additional crest
6) In the end ...

You guys even nerfed renown gains.
What is going through your heads ?

I personally think they just need to drastically increase the rewards from scs now.
Scs give WAY less renown than rvr and also overall less crests.
There needs to be more more goals to make people press the queue button i.e. increase crests and renown gain, add a weekly like a soulstone by playing x ...
