RSW and ASW both feel really strong, 8-9k 3 seconds burst windows.

The fester tactic does not work, it stays at 9 seconds. The corp debuff tactic does nothing, it shows no debuff on the target dummy. The new fester does not work like all the other vengeful attacks - if you pull vengance while it is still flying, it does not apply the 5 debuffs.

Looking at SW vs SH this is a classic patch again. SW hammered into pieces while SH only got a little slap on their back and got good compensation for it.
