Return of Reckoning

Add a leaderboard for most boxes turned in while we're at it. Running boxes should reward the most RR.

SC's don't have a place in the current reward system.

uh thats bs you'll get reknown levels wayy faster than you'll ever heave the crests for the gear. Most people just pve to lv any way and save for sov cause of this.

Cut stealth in half, but give them a stat to reduce ap drain with better gear so stealth feels better with time and a stat you manage.

Stealth isn't the issue, giving stealth classes so many "outplay" tools to take advantage of less knowledgeable players. I think is the bigger issue with them.
