Return of Reckoning

Can someone explain me how the "slayer's bug" work? and when and if someone have the intention to fix that ridicolous (and insane) critical dmg?
Im tired to see the slayer train (2 buttons spam) in scenarios.

On this forum the "search bar" do not find nothing about this bug. And this sound strange ...
