Return of Reckoning

We crashed on a fight in Gunbad. Now I can't play my Zealot, it gets stuck trying to load into the game. I don't recall the name of the boss, but it was an instanced boss fight. When I try to log in, it goes back to the character screen but I can't change characters. If I try to click "play" again ...
