Hello, newbie here..i did the steps and after launching as admin and updates/verify i get this message pop-up

the game downloaded WAR file from 4/2k then this pops-up
Even after restarting and follow few steps like whitelisting and reinstall Dx9 this still pops-up

or is this still region limited that i need to use vpn to play?

i have decent internet connection btw..
