I think you should NOT worry much about amount of willpower you have because it scales rather badly with heal output. Well guys, if you count to exp mainly through PvP ( i suggest that way ) just stick with 1h and shield. you can swap stat as you prefer, tanks at early game do quite decent damage even in 1h/shield set up, so invest some RR/Equip in Str can help you a bit in fight.
