ATM im running
3 BL (cloak, pocket, jewel)
3 REDEYE (chest, shoulder, hands)
3 DOM (belt, boots, helmet) - soon ill trade to OPP pieces
3 genesis jewel (warrior: parry and str+ini and melee bonus / undying: parry+str)

for rr:
full parry, full d&d, 2 on futile strikes and the rest on WS

for tatics ...

Good stuff, and now its not completely overshadowed by simply rolling with a shield and loling at people who use a 2h on BO we can pull it all together. So after playing 2h what does it need? Thats not sarcasm btw.

I'll admit I don't have any experience playing BO but this is my take when ...

Tbf they have already outlined why it's bad.. doesn't stack with other wounds buffs, stat steal or armor/resist is much better, wounds buff is low comparatively, only works for yourself, etc

nRarity is very good and it doesnt seems to be heavy to run. it shows the item colour making a lot easyer to find what u looking for.
