Making the friends list bound to account rather than toon might be a good idea to help with group formation. The highest ranked toon on the account shows as the name and it shows what character is active on mouse over.

First, most premades are happy to fight other premades, as long as they're winning. The problem with scenarios is that there is no problem.

The game is designed for people to team up and use voice com. Only then does the full potential unfold.
Mixing premades and randoms will always lead to a problem. Premades will always have the advantage of voice com.

Exactly. It's not that people don't want to play as a team. But if I make a group through the chat, or invite "unknown" people from the guild, it's not the same as premade on discord.

But if the only way to play SC sensibly is to be on discord with a few "friends"...since I played as a healer ...
