For a 2 handed chosen to waste points In the middle tree is a travesty. Moving the knockdown to the right tree would allow proper 2 h specs to grab it, and tank specs would still grab it because they ignore the left tree. All other tanks get their knockdown from their two handed trees.

I would like to see downfall swapped with quake, in their respective trees, it would better complete the 2h build for chosen and would leave the shield chosen build unchanged entirely.

Problem with auto attack speed for BO is that you spend a lot of time channeling THC, I would instead make it auto attack damage rather than 50% auto attack speed. It would show a bit more use on that follow up hit right after THC.

Aoe cap was increased back in Fall 2019.
That should have never happened.
It just caused zergs to be more punishing and threw all kind of unbalance into the already bug infested ability system.
Aoe cap of max 9 targets was appropriate and needs to be brought back on the table.

If two high skilled players played i'm quite sure dps RP could do higher damage number than Slayer.

For a Slayer to achieve higher damage number one need AP support, heal support, guard support etc. Put me side by side with rr90 Slayer both ...

Runie over wp and dok??

It was hard enough before to deal with juggling those 10 second buffs. The 1.5 gcd just made managing those worse, outside of that it’s not much different. Hopefully it will get some love in the future, rising anger should be baseline not a tactic, buffs made to 15 seconds or more, tri spec reworked.
