Return of Reckoning

Can someone share a screenshot with the objectives for the Live Event - Road to Madness? My window shows the rewards, but not the objectives. I've tried restarting, repairing the launcher, reloadingui, etc., but nothing successful. Thanks.

It looks like some classes have a level 40 event item, while others don't. Is this intended, or something that will be corrected before the event is over? I would hate to trade in early for the level 31 item on some of classes, if there is a plan to add the level 40 item. Thanks
