Changing it's vic proc to lowering the enemy initiative while boosting the DoK's Weaponskill would be ideal IMO, because DoK already has an easy to use toughness debuff.

And other melee DPS get a tactic to give +50% crit damage that can be up all the time, while DoK uses it's resources to get a +25 ...

I checked and I have many DoK solo kills, not including the ones where I kill the DoK but someone put a heal on me while I did it ha.

Run with a tank or rp or zealot that can stun, slow , kd ect. dok and wp are super strong. Just need to make a friend or 2

Yes, a DoK can do very well in a good team, my DoK has a very nice win ratio in SCs, BUT, running a mura is just strictly superior. So many times ...

If they do rework the gear sets, they absolutely should remove all Block from all non shield DoK gear, and let shield DoK get it's blocking from shields, weapons, tactics and talents.

Or make an extra set for specific tears with gear for just it, so DoK has more sets then any other class ...

You say that, but your class isnt the one who had a 3rd spec added to it that noone I have ever met wanted, a shield tree added to it, and lost it's good sov set, it's good vic ring, and one of it's used to be amazing ...

DoK is pretty much just a worse Mura now, it's a mura that cant charge, is squishier, with worse gear options, no pull, no good AOE spec. It trades all of this for what? A channel that is a large DPS loss that is broken all the time?

Any group that runs a DoK in SCs or RvR is just better off ...

It lost it's amazing heal debuff on crit, It's amazing spirirt damage nuke that healed and proced, it's AOE detaunt tactic, It's AOE heal melee spammable, and it now has worse gearing then any other DPS(No Tri WS proc+No Sov set)

But a Shield WP is a melee healer, not a cast-healer. Their heals should come from hitting the enemy and healing the party, not from casting. If i want play as a caster, i can play on book spec.
