I support this suggestion as long as the ward system isn't changed since my KotBS wears the triumphant set and I don't want to buy the warlord set before I can wear the full sov set.

Did U notice that those changes affects only mdps and some 2h tanks? This is not balancing anything, it is boosting range dps. Maybe U skipped it because U play am dps or sth like that :) Quick question for you, when did 100 WS start adding 3% to parry? On live? 8 Years ago? 5 years ago? less then ...
