Keep rank 2 needs 2 bos and 1 box when timer ends.
Keep rank 3+ needs 3 bos and 1 box after timer ends.
You can see that timer on SoR.
If the lord is dead, you can't take keep back. It's over. You can hold it to lol of the enemy's face, but the zone is losted already.

T1 is a painfull experience. I could agree with your suggestion if there were an option to skip T1 those who have a level 40 char already! Then the new char would start on level 16, or in the case of your suggestion, level 22.

Just check at 25s when he drops like 150ft and pet is already at the target when you pounce to it and not disappeared. The problem aren't ideas but the lack of ppl in the dev team to do that. Would need a dedicated team with many people with lots of free time to make it happen and would take years.
