Return of Reckoning

Long Story short: I'm new (great game btw), got the talisman-making and scavenging skills, and managed to check some guides to make a few Talismans.

Talismans that I can't seeem to find teh way to apply to teh weapons/armor I have.

could someone guide me in this endeavour? thanks
