Got this problem now, before i've never had it, and could log and play.

So it will stay like this, and from now on level 22 will have to fight only level 22, or it will be changed?

What about brackets? On patchone there's nothing, but lvl 22 people cannot que for scenario with lvl 21 for example. It says they are in different tier brackets.
