Sadly it's not solved, same game crash before showing me the character selection screen.

Just one, called Mimli, level 32 or so if you are talking about characters.

And now back to my issue, still can't get to the character selection screen without the game crashing without any errors .

That's not relevant to my case at all.

Shall I do something else to help?

I have also tried to log in from a complete different computer with a different ISP. Same result, the game crashes before getting to a character selection screen.

Just did, do I have to post the report somehow?

Is there no way to fix my account? Perhaps reset it or something? I've been playing for quite a while and I wouldn't like to lose it all
