Return of Reckoning

Hi, I've been checking the zealot guides, I'm returning after 4 years, a lot has changed since. Back then the default Zealot build was ST heal, now all the guides (e.g.: Entropy and Chaos guide ) say AoE heal instead. Is ST heal viable? Is there any preference for different builds for SC, WB, RvR ...
