As the title suggests - when I load into the game (new user) and I want to select my first character - they are all there, but all invisible except for the weapons of each char

Has someone else come across this before?

I'm having some issues logging in - keeps saying incorrect username/password

But it will allow forum access - and I've tried changing it 2/3 times to no avail

Also I've tried 'repair' and then login again - nothing
